The htmlkin extension

Your AI built a landing page, a slide deck or a menu — and the code just sits in the chat. The extension adds a “Publish to htmlkin.io” button to the HTML block: one click, and the site is live at a public link that is already in your clipboard.

Install from Chrome Web Store →

Where it works

One build installs in Chrome, Edge, Opera and Yandex Browser — from the Chrome Web Store. In Opera, the Chrome store opens through the “Install Chrome Extensions” add-on. The button appears in these chats:

  • chatgpt.com — code blocks and canvas
  • alice.yandex.ru — Alice by Yandex
  • giga.chat — GigaChat by Sber

The button appears only on HTML blocks. The extension skips React components, markdown and SVG — they can't be published as a site.

What it does

  • Publish. A button next to the HTML block in the chat. It works without an account too: the link lasts 24 hours. Sign in to htmlkin.io and the site stays for good.
  • Update. Pick one of your sites from the list and upload a new version to the same address. The button shows up when you're signed in to htmlkin.io in the same browser.
  • Popup on any tab. Click the extension icon, paste HTML or pick an .html file — and get a link.

The extension picks where to publish by your browser languages: htmlkin.ru if Russian is among them, otherwise htmlkin.io. You can switch the site in the extension popup, in the “Site” field.

No builds, servers or settings. There is no separate sign-up in the extension: you sign in on htmlkin.io with the same cookies as the site.

If something doesn't work

The button didn't show up in the chat

Reload the chat tab — right after installation the extension doesn't reach tabs that are already open. If that doesn't help, check that the code block is marked as HTML: blocks in other languages don't get the button. Chats change their layout from time to time, and the extension stops finding the block — then publish through the popup: click the extension icon in the browser toolbar, paste the code, “Publish”.

The button says htmlkin.ru instead of htmlkin.io

The extension picked the site by your browser languages. Open the extension popup and choose htmlkin.io in the “Site” field.

There's no “Update” button

It appears only for your own sites. Sign in to htmlkin.io in this browser and reload the chat tab.

The link stopped working

A site published without an account lives for 24 hours. Sign in before it expires — the site moves to your account and stays for good.

“Site limit reached” or “The file is too large”

The number of active sites and the file size depend on your plan. Compare the limits on the Pricing page.

“Too many requests”

You hit the publishing rate limit. Wait for the time shown and click the button again.

Permissions and data

The extension reads page markup only on the chat sites listed above and talks only to the site you picked — htmlkin.io or htmlkin.ru. HTML is sent to the server only when you click “Publish” or “Update”. What happens to the data next is described in the Privacy Policy.
